Delhi: शालीमार बाग इलाके में एक घरेलू नौकरानी ने अपने मालिक के घर से करीब 2 किलो सोना चुरा लिया। पुलिस ने इस मामले में आरोपी नौकरानी सोना उर्फ सोनिया को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पकड़े जाने के डर से उसने अपने घर के बाहर 15 खतरनाक कुत्ते पाल रखे थे ताकि कोई अंदर न आ सके, लेकिन पुलिस ने उसे रजाई के नीचे छिपा हुआ ढूंढ निकाला।
\nविजय पाल गुप्ता नाम के व्यक्ति ने 19 अप्रैल 2026 को शालीमार बाग थाने में चोरी की शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। पुलिस जांच में पता चला कि रोहिणी की रहने वाली 45 साल की सोना उर्फ सोनिया, जो मूल रूप से चेन्नई की है, ने गहने चुराए थे। उसने अलग-अलग बैंकों में सोना गिरवी रखकर 5 लाख रुपये का लोन लिया था। पुलिस ने उसकी बैंक डिटेल्स खंगाली तो 15 गोल्ड लोन अकाउंट्स का पता चला, जिसके बाद उसकी लोकेशन ट्रेस की गई।
\nआरोपी महिला ने पुलिस से बचने के लिए अपने घर को एक किले जैसा बना लिया था। उसने Pitbull, American Bully और कई हाइब्रिड नस्ल के 15 आक्रामक कुत्ते पाल रखे थे। DCP (Northwest) आकांक्षा यादव ने बताया कि पुलिस ने एक सोची-समझी प्लानिंग के साथ घर में एंट्री की। छापेमारी के दौरान आरोपी महिला रजाई के नीचे छिपी मिली। पुलिस ने उसके पास से 1 लाख रुपये नकद बरामद किए हैं और उसका बैंक अकाउंट भी फ्रीज कर दिया है।
\nपुलिस अब यह पता लगा रही है कि इस चोरी में और कौन-कौन शामिल था। आरोपी महिला के कुछ साथियों के नाम सामने आए हैं, जिनसे पूछताछ की जा रही है। पुलिस की कोशिश है कि गिरवी रखा गया सारा सोना और बाकी बचा सामान जल्द से जल्द बरामद किया जा सके।

प्रेरित है, जिसे अब एक राष्ट्रीय दिशा माना जा रहा है।
\nदिल्ली सरकार इस अभियान को जन-आंदोलन बनाने के लिए लोगों को कई तरह के फायदे दे रही है। जो लोग अपने घर या संस्थान में वर्षा जल संचयन (Rainwater Harvesting) सिस्टम लगवाएंगे, उन्हें सरकार की तरफ से 50,000 रुपये तक की सब्सिडी दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा, पानी के बिल में 10 से 15 प्रतिशत तक की छूट मिलेगी और तकनीकी सहायता भी मुफ्त दी जाएगी।
\nइस मुहिम का मकसद वर्षा जल संचयन को एक परंपरा से बदलकर आज की जरूरत बनाना है। सरकार चाहती है कि दिल्ली का हर घर, हर छत और हर संस्थान इस प्रयास का हिस्सा बने। लक्ष्य यह है कि बारिश का पानी जहां भी गिरे, उसे वहीं सहेजा जा सके ताकि भविष्य में पानी की किल्लत न हो और जल स्तर में सुधार आए।
\nइस अभियान के तहत रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम लगाने पर सरकार द्वारा 50,000 रुपये तक की सब्सिडी दी जाएगी।

\nघटना की जानकारी मिलते ही जीआरपी मथुरा के सब-इंस्पेक्टर गौरव माल्या अपनी टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। रेलवे सुरक्षा बल (RPF) और राजकीय रेलवे पुलिस (GRP) ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस ने मौके से लोहे का पाइप बरामद कर लिया है और हमलावर की पहचान के लिए आसपास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाले जा रहे हैं।

बार देश में पहली बार डिजिटल तरीके से गिनती होगी, जिसमें नागरिकों के लिए ‘स्व-गणना’ (Self-enumeration) का विकल्प दिया गया है। दिल्ली के लोगों से इस अभियान में जुड़ने की अपील की गई है ताकि सटीक आंकड़ों के आधार पर सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ हर जरूरतमंद तक पहुंच सके।
\nयह एक वेब-आधारित सुविधा है जिससे लोग सरकारी कर्मचारी के घर आने से पहले ही अपनी जानकारी ऑनलाइन जमा कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए आधिकारिक पोर्टल se.census.gov.in पर जाना होगा। इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में करीब 15 से 20 मिनट का समय लगता है और इसमें कोई भी दस्तावेज अपलोड करने की जरूरत नहीं है। फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद एक 11 अंकों का Self-Enumeration ID (SE ID) मिलेगा, जिसे बाद में वेरिफिकेशन के लिए कर्मचारी को देना होगा।
\nजनगणना दो चरणों में होगी। पहले चरण में मकानों की लिस्टिंग होगी और दूसरे चरण में जनसंख्या की गिनती होगी। दिल्ली में स्व-गणना की अवधि 1 अप्रैल से 15 अप्रैल 2026 तक थी। वहीं महाराष्ट्र में यह प्रक्रिया 1 मई 2026 से शुरू होकर 15 मई 2026 तक चलेगी। एक मोबाइल नंबर से केवल एक ही घर का रजिस्ट्रेशन हो सकता है और घर के मुखिया का नाम एक बार भरने के बाद बदला नहीं जा सकेगा।
\nसरकार ने साफ किया है कि जनगणना की जानकारी पूरी तरह सुरक्षित और गोपनीय रहेगी। इस डेटा का इस्तेमाल पुलिस केस में नहीं किया जा सकता और न ही इसे RTI के तहत मांगा जा सकता है। रजिस्ट्रार जनरल और जनगणना आयुक्त श्री मृतुंजय कुमार नारायण ने बताया कि यह दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी डिजिटल जनगणना होगी। पोर्टल पर जानकारी हिंदी, अंग्रेजी और 14 क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है।
\nहाँ, स्व-गणना के बाद भी कर्मचारी भौतिक सत्यापन (Physical Verification) के लिए घर आएगा। उस समय आपको अपना 11 अंकों का SE ID दिखाना होगा।
\nइसका आधिकारिक पोर्टल se.census.gov.in है। यह प्रक्रिया वैकल्पिक (Optional) है, लेकिन डेटा की सटीकता के लिए सरकार इसे अपनाने की सलाह दे रही है।
