Delhi: दिल्ली-देहरादून एक्सप्रेसवे पर सफर करने वाले दोपहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए एक जरूरी अपडेट आया है। एक्सप्रेसवे के ज्यादातर हिस्सों पर बाइक ले जाने की मनाही है, लेकिन अब एक खास सेक्शन पर बाइक चलाने की अनुमति दे दी गई है। इससे उन हजारों लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी जो रोजाना इस रास्ते से सफर करते हैं।
\nNHAI ने साफ किया है कि दिल्ली-देहरादून एक्सप्रेसवे के ‘मोहंड एलिवेटेड रोड’ सेक्शन पर अब बाइक और अन्य दोपहिया वाहनों को एंट्री मिल गई है। यह एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर करीब 12 किलोमीटर लंबा है। यहां बाइक चलाने वालों के लिए गति सीमा 60 किमी प्रति घंटा तय की गई है। परियोजना निदेशक सौरभ सिंह के मुताबिक, इस हिस्से पर किसी भी तरह के वाहन पर कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं रहेगा।
\nसावधानी बरतें क्योंकि एक्सप्रेसवे के बाकी हिस्सों पर बाइक, ऑटो-रिक्शा और ट्रैक्टर जैसे धीमे वाहनों का जाना अब भी मना है। खासतौर पर गीता कॉलोनी से बागपत (खेखड़ा) तक के 26 किलोमीटर लंबे एलिवेटेड सेक्शन और माविकलां से देहरादून तक के हिस्से में बाइक ले जाना वर्जित है। सुरक्षा कारणों से यह फैसला लिया गया है क्योंकि यहां गाड़ियां बहुत तेज रफ्तार में चलती हैं। नियमों को तोड़ने पर 20,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना लग सकता है और वाहन भी जब्त किया जा सकता है।
\nआप केवल ‘मोहंड एलिवेटेड रोड’ सेक्शन पर बाइक ले जा सकते हैं। यह हिस्सा 12 किलोमीटर लंबा है और यहां बाइक की स्पीड 60 किमी प्रति घंटा तक सीमित रहेगी।

सकती हैं, जिससे लोगों को भीषण गर्मी से राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।
\nदिल्ली-एनसीआर के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है, जहां 30 अप्रैल को तेज हवाएं और बिजली गिरने की आशंका है। तापमान 26 से 37 डिग्री सेल्सियस के बीच रह सकता है, हालांकि 1 और 2 मई को धूप निकलने से पारा 41 डिग्री तक जा सकता है। उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ, गोरखपुर, प्रयागराज और वाराणसी जैसे शहरों में गरज-चमक के साथ बौछारें पड़ेंगी। वहीं बिहार के सभी 38 जिलों में अलर्ट है, जिसमें 19 जिलों के लिए ऑरेंज और 19 के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।
\nराजस्थान में अगले 3-4 दिनों तक दोपहर बाद 40-50 किलोमीटर की रफ्तार से आंधी और हल्की बूंदाबांदी हो सकती है। पहाड़ी राज्यों हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में 30 अप्रैल से 5 मई के बीच बारिश और बर्फबारी का अनुमान है। पूर्वोत्तर भारत के असम, अरुणाचल और पश्चिम बंगाल समेत ओडिशा और झारखंड में मूसलाधार बारिश और बिजली गिरने की चेतावनी दी गई है। दक्षिण भारत के तमिलनाडु, केरल, तेलंगाना और कर्नाटक में भी तेज हवाओं के साथ बारिश होने की संभावना है।
\nIMD के अनुसार, एक पश्चिमी विक्षोभ (Western Disturbance) के सक्रिय होने और बंगाल की खाड़ी से आने वाली पूर्वी हवाओं के प्रभाव से यह बदलाव हो रहा है। इसी वजह से अगले कुछ दिनों तक दोपहर के बाद मेघगर्जन और तेज आंधी चलने के आसार हैं। मई के पहले सप्ताह तक कई इलाकों में हल्की बारिश का सिलसिला जारी रह सकता है।

\n30 अप्रैल को दिल्ली में अधिकतम तापमान 37 डिग्री और न्यूनतम 26 डिग्री सेल्सियस रहने का अनुमान है। हालांकि, 1 और 2 मई को मौसम साफ होने पर पारा 40 से 41 डिग्री तक पहुंच सकता है।

दिल्ली समेत देश के 10 राज्यों में तूफानी बारिश और आंधी का अलर्ट जारी किया है। इस दौरान हवा की रफ्तार 60 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा तक रह सकती है, जिससे तापमान में गिरावट आएगी और लोगों को गर्मी से सुकून मिलेगा।
\nIMD के मुताबिक उत्तर-पश्चिम भारत के राज्यों जैसे Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, UP और Rajasthan में बारिश की संभावना है। इसके अलावा बिहार, झारखंड, छत्तीसगढ़ और मध्य प्रदेश में भी बादल छाए रहेंगे और हल्की से तेज बारिश हो सकती है। दिल्ली-NCR में धूल भरी आंधी के साथ बिजली कड़कने और बारिश होने का अनुमान है, जिससे मौसम ठंडा हो जाएगा।
\nसिर्फ उत्तर भारत ही नहीं, बल्कि दक्षिण और पूर्वोत्तर भारत में भी मौसम बदल रहा है। Tamil Nadu के छह जिलों में भारी बारिश का अलर्ट है और Telangana के 11 जिलों में बिजली कड़कने के साथ तूफान आने की उम्मीद है। वहीं Assam, Arunachal Pradesh और West Bengal समेत पूर्वी भारत के कई हिस्सों में भी अगले कुछ दिनों तक बारिश का सिलसिला जारी रहेगा।
\nतेज हवाओं और आंधी की वजह से सड़कों पर आवाजाही में दिक्कत हो सकती है। IMD ने चेतावनी दी है कि 30 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से चलने वाली हवाएं और अचानक होने वाली बारिश से सावधानी बरतें। दिल्ली में गुरुवार को भी बादल छाए रहने की उम्मीद है, जिससे तापमान और नीचे जा सकता है।
\nदिल्ली में हल्की बारिश और गरज-चमक के साथ तूफान आने की संभावना है। यहाँ हवा की रफ्तार 30-40 kmph रह सकती है, जो कुछ जगहों पर 50-60 kmph तक जा सकती है।
\nIMD ने दिल्ली, UP, राजस्थान, बिहार, हरियाणा, पंजाब, उत्तराखंड, मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और झारखंड समेत कई राज्यों में बारिश और आंधी का अलर्ट जारी किया है।

लोगों के लिए राहत की खबर है। मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने गुरुवार, 30 अप्रैल 2026 को गरज-चमक के साथ बारिश और तेज हवाएं चलने की चेतावनी दी है। कई दिनों की तपिश के बाद अब मौसम में बदलाव आने वाला है जिससे तापमान में गिरावट आएगी।
\nIMD ने अलग-अलग शहरों के लिए अलग अलर्ट जारी किया है। दिल्ली, गुरुग्राम और फरीदाबाद के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। वहीं नोएडा और गाजियाबाद के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। 30 अप्रैल को हल्की से मध्यम बारिश हो सकती है और हवा की रफ्तार 30 से 50 किमी प्रति घंटा तक रह सकती है, जो कुछ जगहों पर 70 किमी प्रति घंटा तक भी पहुंच सकती है।
\nSkymet के विशेषज्ञ महेश पलावत के मुताबिक, मध्य पाकिस्तान, उत्तर-पश्चिमी राजस्थान, पंजाब और हरियाणा के ऊपर एक चक्रवाती सर्कुलेशन बना हुआ है। यह सिस्टम अब उत्तर-पूर्वी भारत की ओर बढ़ रहा है, जिसकी वजह से दिल्ली-NCR के मौसम में यह बदलाव देखा जा रहा है। इसके अलावा हिमाचल प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, बिहार और झारखंड जैसे राज्यों में भी 60-70 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चलने का ऑरेंज अलर्ट है।
\n29 अप्रैल को हुई बारिश से पहले तापमान 41°C तक जाने की उम्मीद थी, लेकिन अब यह घटकर लगभग 38°C के आसपास रहने का अनुमान है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, बारिश और बादल छाए रहने से तापमान नियंत्रित रहेगा। हालांकि यह राहत ज्यादा दिनों तक नहीं रहेगी क्योंकि 1 मई 2026 को आसमान साफ होने का अनुमान है, जिसके बाद गर्मी एक बार फिर बढ़ सकती है।
\nIMD के अनुसार 30 अप्रैल तक येलो और ऑरेंज अलर्ट प्रभावी है। 1 मई से आसमान साफ होने की उम्मीद है, जिसके बाद गर्मी फिर से बढ़ सकती है।
\nसामान्य तौर पर हवाएं 30-50 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से चलेंगी, लेकिन कुछ स्थानों पर इसकी गति 70 किमी प्रति घंटे तक पहुंच सकती है।
