Delhi: दिल्ली में इस बार अप्रैल के महीने में मौसम के कई रंग देखने को मिले। शहर में 2008 के बाद सबसे ज्यादा बारिश का रिकॉर्ड बना है, लेकिन साथ ही कई दिन तापमान 40 डिग्री सेल्सियस के पार भी गया। अब मई की शुरुआत में भी मौसम का मिजाज बदल रहा है, जिससे लोगों को गर्मी से थोड़ी राहत मिल सकती है लेकिन कुछ राज्यों में लू का खतरा अब भी बना हुआ है।
\n30 अप्रैल 2026 को दिल्ली-NCR में तेज हवाओं के साथ मौसम बदला और कई इलाकों में हल्की बारिश हुई। गाजियाबाद और पूर्वी दिल्ली के सीलमपुर और यमुना विहार जैसे इलाकों में बारिश के साथ ओले भी गिरे। हालांकि, सेंट्रल दिल्ली के डेटा के मुताबिक पूरे महीने में कुल 13.1 मिमी बारिश हुई और ज्यादातर समय मौसम गर्म और शुष्क रहा।
\n1 मई को दिल्ली-NCR में आंधी-बारिश से राहत मिली, जबकि राजस्थान और गुजरात में लू चल रही है। 2 मई को दिल्ली का तापमान 41 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक जा सकता है। लेकिन 3 से 5 मई के बीच गरज-चमक के साथ बारिश की उम्मीद है। गूगल के पूर्वानुमान के अनुसार 4 मई को 65% और 5 मई को 55% बारिश होने की संभावना है। इसके अलावा 11 मई को भी छिटपुट बारिश हो सकती है।
\nभारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने उत्तर-पश्चिमी भारत में गरज-चमक और बारिश की संभावना जताई है। यूपी, बिहार, हरियाणा, पंजाब और राजस्थान में आंधी, बिजली गिरने और ओलावृष्टि की चेतावनी दी गई है। IMD ने सलाह दी है कि लोग घर के अंदर रहें, खिड़की-दरवाजे बंद रखें और यात्रा करने से बचें। साथ ही पेड़ों के नीचे शरण न लेने और बिजली के तारों से दूर रहने को कहा गया है।
\nदिल्ली-NCR में 3 से 5 मई के बीच गरज-चमक के साथ बारिश होने की संभावना है, जिसमें 4 मई को 65% और 5 मई को 55% संभावना जताई गई है।

\nदिल्ली-NCR में तेज हवाओं के लिए ‘ऑरेंज अलर्ट’ जारी किया गया है, जहां हवा की रफ्तार 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा तक रह सकती है। यहां दिन में बादल छाए रहेंगे और हल्की बूंदाबांदी हो सकती है, जिससे तापमान 39-40°C के आसपास रहेगा। पंजाब और हरियाणा में भी तेज हवाओं और बारिश से तापमान में 2-3 डिग्री की गिरावट आने की उम्मीद है। उत्तर प्रदेश में पश्चिमी विक्षोभ की वजह से धूल भरी आंधी, बिजली और ओलावृष्टि की संभावना है।
\nराजस्थान, गुजरात और मध्य प्रदेश में लू का असर अभी भी बना हुआ है। हालांकि, आने वाले दो दिनों में राजस्थान के तापमान में हल्की गिरावट आ सकती है। दूसरी ओर, पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों जैसे अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मणिपुर और मिजोरम में बहुत भारी बारिश की संभावना है। बिहार के 22 जिलों सहित 11 राज्यों में तूफानी बारिश और ओलावृष्टि की चेतावनी दी गई है, जहां हवा की रफ्तार 60 से 70 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा तक पहुंच सकती है।
\nहिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में ठंडी हवाओं ने मौसम सुहावना कर दिया है। उत्तराखंड के देहरादून, नैनीताल और चमोली समेत कई जिलों में बारिश और ओलावृष्टि के लिए ‘येलो अलर्ट’ जारी किया गया है। दक्षिण भारत के कर्नाटक, केरल और तमिलनाडु में प्री-मानसून बारिश से राहत मिली है। IMD के मुताबिक, इन राज्यों में गरज-चमक के साथ बारिश और तेज हवाएं चलने का अनुमान है, जबकि कर्नाटक के कुछ हिस्सों में ओले गिर सकते हैं।
\nIMD ने दिल्ली-NCR में 40-50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा की रफ्तार से चलने वाली तेज सतही हवाओं के लिए ‘ऑरेंज अलर्ट’ जारी किया है।
\nउत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार में आंधी-बारिश की वजह से कुल 18 लोगों की मौत हुई है, जिसमें यूपी में 13 और बिहार में 5 मौतें शामिल हैं।
\nइन राज्यों में ठंडी हवाएं चल रही हैं। उत्तराखंड के कई जिलों में बारिश और ओलावृष्टि के लिए ‘येलो अलर्ट’ जारी किया गया है और ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बर्फबारी की संभावना है।

भीषण गर्मी के बीच IMD ने दिल्ली-NCR समेत 14 राज्यों में बारिश, बिजली गिरने और कुछ पहाड़ी इलाकों में बर्फबारी की चेतावनी दी है। इस बदलाव से लोगों को तपती गर्मी से राहत तो मिलेगी, लेकिन तेज हवाओं और ओलावृष्टि का खतरा भी बना हुआ है।
\nIMD के मुताबिक दिल्ली-NCR के लिए Orange Alert जारी किया गया है, जिसका मतलब है कि लोगों को सतर्क रहना चाहिए। यहाँ ओलावृष्टि, गरज-चमक के साथ हल्की से मध्यम बारिश और 30-40 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चल सकती हैं। वहीं जम्मू-कश्मीर और उत्तराखंड में 2 से 6 मई के बीच बर्फबारी और बारिश की संभावना है। हिमाचल प्रदेश में भी 30 अप्रैल, 3 और 4 मई को ऐसा ही मौसम रहने का अनुमान है।
\nहरियाणा, पंजाब, चंडीगढ़ और दिल्ली में 3 से 6 मई के बीच छिटपुट बारिश और बिजली गिरने की संभावना है। उत्तर प्रदेश में 30 अप्रैल और 4 से 6 मई के बीच बारिश हो सकती है, जबकि पूर्वी यूपी में ओलावृष्टि का भी अनुमान लगाया गया है। राजस्थान के पूर्वी हिस्सों में 2 से 6 मई और पश्चिमी राजस्थान में 2-3 मई को बारिश और तेज हवाएं चल सकती हैं। बिहार, झारखंड, पश्चिम बंगाल, सिक्किम और ओडिशा में भी आने वाले एक हफ्ते में व्यापक रूप से बारिश होने की उम्मीद है।
\nमौसम वैज्ञानिकों ने बताया कि उत्तर-पश्चिम राजस्थान, पंजाब और हरियाणा के ऊपर एक चक्रवाती परिसंचरण (Cyclonic Circulation) बना हुआ है, जो उत्तर और उत्तर-पूर्वी भारत की ओर बढ़ रहा है। इसके अलावा 2 मई से पश्चिमी हिमालयी क्षेत्रों में एक नया पश्चिमी विक्षोभ (Western Disturbance) आने वाला है। इसी वजह से मैदानी इलाकों में बारिश और पहाड़ों पर बर्फबारी की स्थिति बन रही है।
\nदिल्ली-NCR के लिए Orange Alert जारी किया गया है। यहाँ 1 मई और 3 से 6 मई के बीच हल्की बारिश, बिजली गिरने और 30-40 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलने की संभावना है।
\nIMD ने जम्मू-कश्मीर (2-5 मई) और उत्तराखंड (30 अप्रैल से 6 मई) में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश और बर्फबारी होने का अनुमान जताया है।

है। इस सिंडिकेट के तार पाकिस्तान, नेपाल, बांग्लादेश और दुबई तक फैले हुए थे। पुलिस ने ‘ऑपरेशन डिस्मेंटल’ के तहत बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए 9 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। यह गिरोह नेपाल बॉर्डर के रास्ते दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश और पंजाब में अवैध हथियार पहुंचा रहा था।
\nजांच में पता चला कि हथियार पाकिस्तान से ड्रोन के जरिए पंजाब में गिराए जाते थे। इसके बाद उन्हें नेपाल सीमा के रास्ते भारत के अंदर लाया जाता था। यह गिरोह सिग्नल और व्हाट्सएप जैसे एन्क्रिप्टेड ऐप्स का इस्तेमाल करता था ताकि पुलिस को भनक न लगे। हथियारों की सप्लाई दिल्ली-एनसीआर के साथ-साथ यूपी और पंजाब के आपराधिक नेटवर्क को की जा रही थी। बिहार के मुंगेर से भी देसी हथियारों की सप्लाई की जाती थी।
\nपुलिस ने इस ऑपरेशन में फरदीन, वसीम मलिक, वसीक, अमन (अभिषेक), आदिल, मोहम्मद अहमद, राहिल, इमरान और विशाल को गिरफ्तार किया है। इस पूरे खेल का मुख्य हैंडलर शाहबाज अंसारी है, जो फिलहाल बांग्लादेश में छिपा है। शाहबाज पहले सिद्धू मूसेवाला केस में जमानत पर था और 2025 में पैरोल छोड़कर फरार हो गया था। उसका चाचा रेहान अंसारी दुबई से पैसों और लॉजिस्टिक्स का इंतजाम देख रहा था, वह भी अभी फरार है।
\nदिल्ली पुलिस स्पेशल सेल और क्राइम ब्रांच ने इस छापेमारी में भारी मात्रा में अत्याधुनिक हथियार बरामद किए हैं। जब्त किए गए सामान की लिस्ट नीचे दी गई है:

\nशाहबाज अंसारी इस सिंडिकेट का मुख्य हैंडलर है जो फिलहाल बांग्लादेश में है। वह पहले सिद्धू मूसेवाला हत्या मामले में एनआईए की जांच का हिस्सा था और पैरोल जंप कर फरार हुआ था।
