Delhi, UP: भारत के कई राज्यों में भीषण गर्मी और लू का दौर चल रहा है। भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश और हरियाणा समेत कई राज्यों के लिए हीटवेव अलर्ट जारी किया है। कई इलाकों में पारा 45 डिग्री सेल्सियस के पार पहुंच गया है, जिससे आम जनता का जीना मुश्किल हो गया है।
\nIMD के मुताबिक 24 अप्रैल से 30 अप्रैल 2026 तक पंजाब, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़, दिल्ली, पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश, ओडिशा, झारखंड और केरल के कुछ हिस्सों में लू चलने की चेतावनी दी गई है। राजस्थान में 23 से 29 अप्रैल और पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश, विदर्भ तथा छत्तीसगढ़ में 24 से 27 अप्रैल तक गर्मी का असर रहेगा। महाराष्ट्र के अकोला में सबसे ज्यादा तापमान 46.9 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया है।
\nदिल्ली के लिए ‘येलो अलर्ट’ जारी किया गया है, जहां तापमान 41°C से 44°C के बीच रहने का अनुमान है। दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने अधिकारियों को ‘हीट वेव एक्शन प्लान 2026’ को सख्ती से लागू करने के निर्देश दिए हैं ताकि लोगों को गर्मी से बचाया जा सके। हालांकि, 28 अप्रैल से गरज-चमक के साथ बारिश होने की उम्मीद है, जिससे लोगों को राहत मिल सकती है।
\nइस बार केवल दिन ही नहीं बल्कि रातें भी गर्म रहने वाली हैं। दिल्ली, हरियाणा और ओडिशा के लिए ‘गर्म रात’ (warm night) की चेतावनी जारी की गई है। रात का तापमान 26 से 29 डिग्री सेल्सियस के बीच रहने की संभावना है। मौसम विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि रात में गर्मी बढ़ने से नींद खराब होती है और शरीर की रिकवरी नहीं हो पाती, जो सेहत के लिए खतरनाक हो सकता है।
\nIMD ने दिल्ली, हरियाणा, पंजाब, चंडीगढ़, उत्तर प्रदेश, राजस्थान, ओडिशा, झारखंड, केरल, मध्य प्रदेश, बिहार और गुजरात जैसे राज्यों के लिए हीटवेव अलर्ट जारी किया है।

को आसान बनाया जा रहा है. बिहार के भागलपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के आगरा और दिल्ली जैसे बड़े शहरों में ट्रेड लाइसेंस की जटिलताओं को खत्म करने की तैयारी है. सरकार का मकसद यह है कि छोटे व्यापारी बिना किसी डर और भ्रष्टाचार के अपना काम कर सकें और नगर निगम का राजस्व भी बढ़े.
\nभागलपुर में महापौर डॉ. बसुंधरा लाल ने ट्रेड लाइसेंस की प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाने और शैक्षणिक संस्थानों पर लगे जुर्माने की समीक्षा के निर्देश दिए हैं. वहीं आगरा में महापौर हेमलता दिवाकर कुशवाह ने 69 तरह के ट्रेड पर लगने वाले लाइसेंस शुल्क को खत्म करने का निर्णय लिया है ताकि भ्रष्टाचार और प्रशासनिक उलझनें कम हों. दिल्ली नगर निगम (MCD) ने अब जनरल ट्रेड लाइसेंस को सीधे प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स से जोड़ दिया है, जिससे व्यापारियों को अलग से आवेदन करने की जरूरत नहीं होगी.
\nबिहार और खाद्य कारोबार के लिए शुल्क की नई सीमाएं तय की गई हैं. भागलपुर नगर निगम और FSSAI के नए नियमों की जानकारी नीचे टेबल में दी गई है:

छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने ‘नगरपालिका व्यापार अनुज्ञापन नियम 2025’ के तहत सभी व्यवसायों, यहाँ तक कि गुमटी और ठेले वालों के लिए भी लाइसेंस अनिवार्य कर दिया है. यहाँ अधिकतम शुल्क नगर निगम में ₹30,000 और नगर पंचायत में ₹10,000 रखा गया है. दूसरी ओर, FSSAI ने बेसिक रजिस्ट्रेशन की टर्नओवर सीमा ₹12 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹1.5 करोड़ कर दी है. अब स्ट्रीट फूड बेचने वाले लोग, जो स्ट्रीट वेंडिंग एक्ट के तहत पंजीकृत हैं, उन्हें FSSAI में स्वतः पंजीकृत माना जाएगा.
\nदिल्ली में अब जनरल ट्रेड लाइसेंस प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स से जुड़ गया है. प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स की रसीद ही वैध लाइसेंस मानी जाएगी, बशर्ते आप प्रदूषण और अग्नि सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन कर रहे हों.
\nFSSAI के नए नियमों के अनुसार, ₹1.5 करोड़ तक के टर्नओवर वाले व्यवसायों को अब केवल ₹100 का पंजीकरण शुल्क देना होगा.

मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने दिल्ली, पंजाब, हरियाणा और राजस्थान समेत कई हिस्सों के लिए हीटवेव अलर्ट जारी किया है। हालांकि, कुछ इलाकों में हल्की बारिश और आंधी आने की संभावना है जिससे लोगों को थोड़ी राहत मिल सकती है।
\nIMD के मुताबिक सोमवार, 27 अप्रैल 2026 को दिल्ली, पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, बिहार, पश्चिमी मध्य प्रदेश, विदर्भ और गुजरात में लू चलने का अनुमान है। दिल्ली के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है और यहां अधिकतम तापमान 43 से 45 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक जा सकता है। उत्तर-पश्चिमी भारत में मंगलवार तक गर्मी का असर बना रहेगा, जिसके बाद बुधवार और गुरुवार को तापमान में 3 से 5 डिग्री की गिरावट आ सकती है।
\nदिल्ली में सोमवार दोपहर या शाम तक बहुत हल्की बारिश और गरज-चमक के साथ आंधी आ सकती है। उत्तर प्रदेश में 28 अप्रैल से बिजली गिरने और बारिश होने की संभावना है। वहीं पूर्वोत्तर भारत के राज्यों जैसे अरुणाचल प्रदेश, असम और मेघालय में 27 अप्रैल को बहुत भारी बारिश हो सकती है। झारखंड और पश्चिम बंगाल में भी ओले गिरने और आंधी चलने की उम्मीद है।
\nमौसम विभाग ने लोगों को दोपहर 12 बजे से शाम 4 बजे तक सीधी धूप में निकलने से बचने की सलाह दी है। बाहर जाते समय छाता या टोपी का इस्तेमाल करें और शरीर में पानी की कमी न होने दें। साथ ही, बच्चों और पालतू जानवरों को खड़ी गाड़ियों में अकेला न छोड़ें। अस्पतालों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे ओआरएस और जरूरी दवाओं का स्टॉक रखें ताकि बुजुर्गों और गर्भवती महिलाओं की मदद की जा सके।

हाल बेहाल कर दिया है। दिल्ली में पारा 45 डिग्री सेल्सियस के पार पहुंच गया है, जिससे लोगों को भारी परेशानी हो रही है। भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने लू को लेकर चेतावनी जारी की है और लोगों को सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी है।
\nदिल्ली में 26 अप्रैल को सफदरजंग वेधशाला में अधिकतम तापमान 42.8 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया, जो सामान्य से 5.1 डिग्री ज्यादा है। वहीं रिज स्टेशन पर पारा 44.5 डिग्री तक पहुंच गया। देश में सबसे ज्यादा गर्मी उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रयागराज में दर्ज की गई, जहां तापमान 45.2 डिग्री सेल्सियस रहा। दिल्ली में लगातार तीसरे दिन हीटवेव की स्थिति बनी हुई है।
\nIMD ने दिल्ली के लिए 27 अप्रैल तक येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है। उत्तर-पश्चिमी और मध्य भारत के राज्यों जैसे पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और विदर्भ में 28 अप्रैल तक लू चलने की संभावना है। हालांकि, 27 से 29 अप्रैल के बीच हल्की बारिश और धूल भरी आंधी चलने से तापमान में कुछ गिरावट आ सकती है और लोगों को राहत मिल सकती है।
\nमौसम विभाग ने लोगों को दोपहर 12 बजे से 3 बजे के बीच धूप में निकलने से बचने की सलाह दी है। बाहर जाते समय छाते या टोपी का इस्तेमाल करें और हल्के सूती कपड़े पहनें। शरीर में पानी की कमी न होने दें और खूब पानी पिएं। विशेषज्ञों ने खास तौर पर बुजुर्गों, बच्चों और धूप में काम करने वाले मजदूरों को ज्यादा सावधानी बरतने को कहा है।
\nदिल्ली में अधिकतम तापमान 43 से 45 डिग्री सेल्सियस के बीच रहा है, जिसमें सफदरजंग में 42.8 और रिज स्टेशन पर 44.5 डिग्री दर्ज किया गया।
\nIMD के अनुसार, 27 से 29 अप्रैल के बीच हल्की बारिश और धूल भरी आंधी चलने से गर्मी से कुछ राहत मिल सकती है।
